Hispanic Voters Now The Most Republican Voting Bloc in Virginia?

There has been some recent coverage of Approval Polls for Kaine and Webb but examining the data closer I Made a startling realization... Hispanics Are Now the Biggest Supporters of the Republican Party in VA

Ratings

Bush Approve White 44% Black 16% Hispanic 66%
Kaine Approve/Disapprove White 53%/42% Black 45%/51% Hispanic 26%/65%
Webb Approve/Disapprove White 46%/45% Black 53%/41% Hispanic 16%/75%

Why is This?
I Think it has to do with the Republican Platform, There are many Conservative Christian Hispanic Churches in VA, Whose members would be attracted to the Pro-Family Values of the GOP.

Plus Immigrants are known for their strong work ethic, So that should label them as Republicans right there.
What I Would like to hear from you is,
Is this because of Hispanic Identification with Republican Values?
Is this Because of President Bush's Outreach to Hispanics?
Or Does it Stem from resentment of Illegal Immigrants?
I Lean Toward the First, But like I Said, I Want to hear from YOU

Excellent question, and I would argue that it has more to do with the work ethic of an entrepreneurial class than anything else.

I disagree, Shaun.

It's more due to the ethnicity of Hispanic voters in northern VA -mainly Nicaraguans and Salvadorans, who are much more conservative than Mexicans and Puerto Ricans.

I go into greater detail here: http://rightwingliberal.wordpress.com/2008/02/27/rule-1-on-hispanic-voters-there-are-no-hispanic-voters/
