Sadly, reality is not one of your strong suits. If McCain has captured the nomination then why are we even bothering with a Republican Convention. I'd like to hear a few reasons, and not vague reasons like "he's the best we got," or "he's a hero," on why you support John McCain?
The convention is simply for publicity, I Support Mike Huckabee but he came in second, I can accept that and hope for a better result in 2012

Your math is about as good as McCain's and Huckabee's analysis of the economic issues we are facing. It's so typical of of the so-called Republicans to settle for the "next best thing" rather than continuing to support your candidate. I will change my question for you then, why do you support Huckabee? No generalities like "he's fiscally conservative" or "he takes a stand and will bring about change." What makes him the best candidate in your opinion?

I Don't listen to the MSM especially after Foxnew's treatment of McCain, I'm all for returning to the Gold Standard, and Ron Paul took the coward's position on Life, He stated he supported a state-by-state approach rather than a National Ban, I support state's rights, but some issues (like abortion) must be dealt with in a Federalistic Manner
Well we can agree to disagree on that issue then, but how can you sit there and say the MSM trated McCain differently when you take a look at how they treated Ron Paul?
